Slovak Gambling Authority intends to provide access to its website, in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on information technologies in the public administration and relevant executive regulations in the extent of conditions laid down in Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

This website is partially in line with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on information technologies in the public administration and on amendment to other acts as amended and relevant executive regulations in the extent of conditions laid down in Directive (EU) 2016/2102 with regard to components of non-conformity specified below.

The content specified below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Non-compliance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies:

1.1.1 Non-Text Content

Some images carrying information do not bear alternative text.

1.2.2 Subtitles

Videos (pre-recorded) do not contain subtitles.

1.3.1 Information and mutual relations

Several headings on the website are not defined in a semantically correct manner. Tables in text documents (PDF, DOCX, ODT, …) do not have defined headings. 

1.3.3 Characteristics based on sensory sensation

In some cases, the guidance provided for properly understanding and working with content depends on its characteristics based on the sensory perception of individual elements, such as shape, colour, size, visual location or sound.

1.4.1 Use of Color

Color is not used as the only vizuál means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element.

1.4.5 Text in the Form of Images

Some published information are in the form of images.

2.1.1 Keyboard

Several items in the main menu cannot be accessed using keyboard.
